SeedBin 🌱 📡 🌐
Decentralized distributed pastebin using IPFS and WebTorrent.
SeedBin combines WebTorrent and IPFS to create a truly decentralized pastebin while maintaing speed as much as possible.
SeedBin will first try a localhost IPFS gateway, if it is not found then it will try a server URI, and if that doesn't work either, it will try WebTorrent. (all peers seed via WebTorrent if they have WebRTC)
Since the data is just plaintext standard WebTorrent and IPFS clients can download the pastes using their respective hashes.
The server part uses a PHP api "easy ipfs". This software can be installed locally with no dependencies aside from PHP by dropping it into a PHP enabled web server.
The server URI (for submitting) can be set by the user, which is saved in localStorage.

Pleroma is a microblogging server software that can federate (= exchange messages with) other servers that support the same federation standards (OStatus and ActivityPub). What that means is that you can host a server for yourself or your friends and stay in control of your online identity, but still exchange messages with people on larger servers. Pleroma will federate with all servers that implement either OStatus or ActivityPub, like Friendica, GNU Social, Hubzilla, Mastodon, Misskey, Peertube, and Pixelfed.
Pleroma is written in Elixir, high-performance and can run on small devices like a Raspberry Pi.
Reicast is a Sega Dreamcast emulator. It's an app that allows you to play your Dreamcast games on your computer or android phone. We've even baked in some magic to make things looks prettier than they did on the Dreamcast. Of course, not all games work, and the ones that do often have glitches
Reicast primarily aims for speed and to run on android. It is derived from the nullDC codebase. We work on it in our spare time, because we love working on complicated, headache-inducing projects. Development traces back to late 2003 and has been largely non-continuous.
Naturally, there are many other Dreamcast emulation projects, each with its own goals and priorities. Here's a non-exaustive list: Makaron, Demul, Redream, nullDC. If Reicast doesn't work for you, you may want to check these out.
